WarrantyNest sells prepaid digital Product Health Card records. Because records are credited to the user account and may be used instantly, purchases are generally final once credited, except for verified payment, crediting, fraud or legal-compliance cases.
Final-sale principle
Once records are successfully purchased and credited, they are generally final and cannot be refunded back, especially once used to create Product Health Cards.
In practice
If records have already been credited to your WarrantyNest account or used to create Product Health Cards, the purchase is normally treated as final unless a verified payment, crediting or legal-compliance exception applies.

What record packs are
A Product Health Card record is a digital account credit that lets you save and manage one product record inside WarrantyNest. This may include invoice details, warranty dates, documents, reminders, service history, ownership proof and related notes.

What final purchase means
Once a record pack has been paid for and credited to your WarrantyNest account, the purchase is treated as completed. The records are generally non-refundable and cannot be converted back into cash, wallet balance or bank refund merely because they are unused or because you changed your mind.
Used records are final. A record used to create a Product Health Card cannot be refunded back as a record pack purchase.
Refunds may be approved for
- Duplicate payment or accidental double charge for the same record pack.
- Payment succeeded, but the purchased Product Health Card records were not credited to your account.
- A wrong record pack was credited due to a verified WarrantyNest system error.
- Payment was deducted but the order failed, expired or was cancelled before records were granted.
- A transaction was confirmed as fraudulent or unauthorised after proper verification by the payment gateway, bank or applicable authority.
- Any refund that is required under applicable law, payment-gateway rules, card-network rules or a binding direction from a competent authority.
Generally not refundable
- Record packs that have been successfully purchased and credited to your WarrantyNest account.
- Records that have already been used to create one or more Product Health Cards.
- Purchases where the user changes their mind after records are credited.
- Unused records after successful crediting, unless WarrantyNest approves an exception at its discretion or applicable law requires it.
- Service interruptions, delays or temporary technical issues that do not prevent the purchased records from being credited or used.
- Requests made with incomplete, incorrect or unverifiable payment/account details.
How to request a refund review
To help us verify your request quickly, email us with complete details. We may reject or delay requests where the account, payment or issue cannot be verified.
- Registered email address or phone number used for the WarrantyNest account.
- Payment/order ID, gateway reference, UPI reference, bank/card reference or screenshot of the transaction.
- Pack purchased, amount paid and date/time of payment.
- Clear description of the issue, such as duplicate charge, records not credited or wrong pack credited.
- Screenshots or bank/payment confirmation details where available.
1. Raise a request
Email support@warrantynest.in with your account and payment details. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account and prevent misuse.
2. Verification
We check the payment order, gateway status, wallet ledger, record-crediting history and whether any records were used.
3. Resolution
Where approved, we may refund, correct the wallet balance, credit the missing records or close the request with an explanation.
Timelines
Refund or correction requests are usually reviewed within 5–7 working days after we receive all required details. Complex cases involving gateway confirmation, bank response, fraud review or chargeback checks may take longer.
If a refund is approved, the final settlement timeline depends on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card network or payment method. The amount may take additional working days to reflect in your account.
Corrections instead of refunds
If records were not credited or a wrong pack was credited, we may correct the wallet balance instead of issuing a refund. This is usually faster and ensures you receive the digital records you paid for.
Where duplicate payments or verified failed-payment deductions occur, we may process a refund to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellations
Because WarrantyNest record packs are digital credits, cancellation is generally not available once a pack has been successfully credited to your account. If payment is pending, failed, expired or cancelled before records are granted, no records will be added and any deducted amount will be handled according to the payment gateway or bank process.
If a gateway checkout is closed before payment completion, no paid records are granted. If money is deducted despite an unsuccessful order, contact us with payment proof so we can verify the status.
