WarrantyNest helps you organise proof.
It does not replace the warranty provider.
These Terms explain how WarrantyNest can be used, what users are responsible for, how AI-assisted extraction should be verified, how Product Health Card records work, and the limits of our responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
Quick Summary of your responsibilities
- WarrantyNest organises your product and warranty information. It does not replace your warranty provider.
- AI extraction and warranty intelligence must always be reviewed and verified by you before relying on them.
- Brands, manufacturers, sellers and service centres make all final warranty, repair, return and claim decisions.
- A Product Health Card is an organisational record only. It is not legal proof of purchase or warranty entitlement.
- Used Product Health Card records are not automatically refunded when a card is deleted, archived or moved to Trash.
- Uploading forged, fraudulent or another person’s documents without authority is strictly prohibited.
- Reminders are convenience features. You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own deadlines.
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
- Your data may be processed by third-party cloud, AI, messaging and infrastructure providers in India and abroad.
- These Terms are governed by Indian law, with Delhi jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer rights.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WarrantyNest, including the website, dashboard, Product Health Cards, Record Wallet, invoice extraction, warranty intelligence, document vault, reminders, service history and all related features provided by Neoptima Marketing Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Delhi, India, operating the product under the trade name WarrantyNest (“WarrantyNest”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, forwarding an invoice via WhatsApp or any other channel, uploading a document, using invoice extraction, creating a Product Health Card, purchasing or using Product Health Card records, or otherwise using WarrantyNest, you (“you” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WarrantyNest.
WarrantyNest is an early-stage product. Features, limits, pricing, integrations, AI behaviour and availability may change as the product evolves.
2. About WarrantyNest
WarrantyNest is a product ownership and warranty-management tool for households and individuals. It helps users save invoices, warranty dates, documents, reminders, service records, return-window details, product identity details and ownership proof inside Product Health Cards. Users may forward invoices via WhatsApp and other supported channels, and WarrantyNest will attempt to read and process those documents using AI-assisted extraction.
WarrantyNest is not a manufacturer, seller, marketplace, authorised service centre, insurer, warranty administrator, legal adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, GST-compliant record-keeping system or claims-handling authority. WarrantyNest does not provide, extend, approve, reject, honour, transfer or enforce any product warranty.
Final warranty, return, replacement, repair, refund, service and claim decisions remain entirely with the applicable brand, manufacturer, seller, marketplace, service provider, insurer or other third party.
3. Eligibility, minors and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to create an account or use WarrantyNest. WarrantyNest is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has used WarrantyNest without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately.
If you use WarrantyNest on behalf of a family member, household, organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to upload the relevant documents on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, device and account access secure. Activity from your account may be treated as activity authorised by you unless we are satisfied that the account was compromised without your fault. You must notify us immediately at support@warrantynest.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining Product Health Cards and must promptly correct information that you know or suspect is wrong.
4. User content and uploaded documents
You may upload invoices, warranty cards, product photos, service receipts, installation proof, AMC proof, serial-number photos and other product-related documents. You may also forward documents via WhatsApp or other supported messaging channels. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, permission and appropriateness of anything you upload, forward or enter into WarrantyNest.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant WarrantyNest a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, copy, display, analyse and use your uploaded content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect and improve the service, including invoice extraction, warranty intelligence, reminders, document vault, support, security and abuse prevention. This licence ends when you delete the relevant content, subject to our retention obligations described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must not upload or forward:
- Documents that you do not own or do not have permission to store or share.
- Documents containing another person’s personal data without a lawful basis or their consent.
- Forged, falsified, altered or fraudulent invoices, warranty cards or other documents.
- Unlawful content, malware, spyware, executable files, harmful code or obscene material.
- Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. WhatsApp and messaging channel usage
WarrantyNest may allow you to forward invoices and documents via WhatsApp and other supported messaging channels. WhatsApp and other messaging platforms are independent third-party services. WarrantyNest has no affiliation with or endorsement from WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms or any other messaging provider.
By using messaging-channel features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You must comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and applicable messaging platform terms when forwarding documents to WarrantyNest.
- WarrantyNest is not responsible for WhatsApp delivery failures, message delays, media compression, file format conversion, image quality reduction or read failures caused by the messaging platform.
- Forwarding documents belonging to another person without their knowledge or consent is your sole responsibility. WarrantyNest does not verify document ownership at the point of forwarding.
- WarrantyNest will not use your phone number or messaging data for marketing communications without your separate consent.
- WarrantyNest’s ability to receive documents via WhatsApp depends on third-party infrastructure that may be suspended, modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. AI extraction and warranty intelligence
WarrantyNest may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, optical character recognition (OCR), automated parsing, search tools, cached warranty policies and other automated systems to extract invoice fields, detect products, suggest warranty periods, identify warranty notes and create Product Health Card drafts.
You must review and verify all important details before relying on them, especially purchase date, invoice number, product identity, serial number or IMEI, warranty duration, warranty end date, component warranties, registration requirements, service deadlines and claim requirements. You should always verify AI-extracted data against the original invoice, warranty card or brand documentation.
WarrantyNest may display confidence scores, review labels, fallback notes or source names. These are assistive indicators only. They are not guarantees of accuracy, official confirmation, claim eligibility or legal validity.
Warranty intelligence is not professional, legal, financial, tax, insurance, consumer-dispute or brand-authorised advice. For any important matter, verify directly with the original invoice, warranty card, brand, seller, marketplace, authorised service centre or a qualified professional.
AI-generated or automatically extracted output carries inherent limitations. It may:
- Misread or confuse purchase dates, product names, model numbers, serial numbers, IMEI numbers or warranty periods.
- Hallucinate fields, values or information that do not appear on the original document.
- Produce lower accuracy from photographs or scanned images than from native PDF files.
- Misidentify component warranties, registration requirements, brand-specific exclusions or service deadlines.
- Return stale or incorrect brand warranty policies from training data, search tools, cached sources or third-party sources.
7. GST, tax and invoice disclaimer
WarrantyNest is not a GST-compliant record-keeping or accounting system under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act) or any other applicable tax law.
Specifically:
- Data extracted by WarrantyNest from invoices is not verified for tax accuracy and cannot be used for GST filings, input tax credit (ITC) claims, tax audits, financial statements or any statutory tax purpose.
- WarrantyNest does not validate GST invoice compliance, GSTIN numbers, HSN/SAC codes, tax amounts or any other tax-related field.
- You must retain your original invoices and GST documents for all statutory, tax and legal purposes as required by applicable law.
- WarrantyNest records do not substitute for original invoices in any tax, legal, regulatory or official proceeding.
8. No guarantee of claims, reminders or outcomes
WarrantyNest helps you remember and organise product ownership information, but it does not guarantee that a warranty claim, repair request, return, replacement, refund, resale, insurance claim, service request or consumer complaint will succeed.
Reminders are a convenience feature only. WarrantyNest does not guarantee that reminders will be generated, delivered, delivered on time, received by you or sufficient to protect any claim or deadline. Reminder delivery depends on third-party channels such as WhatsApp, email, SMS and push notifications, all of which may be outside our control.
A missed, delayed or undelivered reminder does not give rise to any liability or claim against WarrantyNest. You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own warranty, return, service, AMC, insurance and legal deadlines.
Product Health Cards are organisational records only. They do not replace original invoices, warranty cards, brand registrations, proof of purchase, official service records or any document required by a third party to process a claim, repair, return or complaint.
9. Warranty transferability and resale use
Some users may share or present Product Health Cards in connection with the resale of products. WarrantyNest makes no representations about whether a product warranty is transferable to a new owner.
Please note that:
- Warranty transferability is determined solely by the brand, manufacturer or warranty provider. WarrantyNest has no knowledge of or control over individual brand transfer policies.
- A shared or exported Product Health Card does not constitute a warranty transfer, warranty assignment or any official confirmation of warranty eligibility for a buyer.
- WarrantyNest is not responsible if a buyer relies on a shared Product Health Card and the underlying warranty is non-transferable, expired, voided or otherwise not applicable.
- You must independently verify warranty transfer terms with the relevant brand or manufacturer before representing warranty transferability to any buyer or third party.
10. Product Health Card records and Record Wallet
WarrantyNest may provide free and paid Product Health Card records. Creating a Product Health Card uses one available record. Deleting, archiving, moving a card to Trash or permanently deleting a card does not automatically refund, restore or reset a used record unless we expressly provide otherwise in writing.
Paid records are sold as packs. The pricing, pack sizes, free limits, invoice extraction limits, document limits and included features applicable at the time of your purchase govern your pack. Pricing may change for future purchases.
Unless required by applicable law or specifically promised by us, records that have already been used, consumed, granted for testing, granted manually, received under a promotion or issued as free trial credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a payment fails, is reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed or suspected of fraud, we may suspend access, reverse unused records, restrict features or take any other reasonable protective action pending resolution.
11. Upload, storage, extraction and usage limits
WarrantyNest may impose limits on file type, file size, number of documents per Product Health Card, number of products detected from one invoice, number of AI extraction attempts, warranty enrichment attempts, daily usage, storage usage and other operational parameters.
For the current version, supported upload formats include PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP. Other formats may be rejected. We may change supported formats, file-size limits, extraction attempt limits and other parameters at any time.
These limits protect users, reduce cost spikes, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability. We may change limits, refuse uploads, block unsupported files, throttle usage, pause extraction, reject documents or require manual review if usage appears excessive, unsafe, automated, fraudulent or harmful.
12. Prohibited use and abuse controls
We may suspend, restrict, throttle, delete or terminate accounts, documents, Product Health Cards, records, AI access or other features if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, payment risk, legal risk, policy violation or operational harm, with or without prior notice.
You must not:
- Misuse WarrantyNest, attempt to bypass usage limits, automate mass uploads or scrape the service.
- Repeatedly trigger AI extraction or warranty checks without a genuine product-management purpose.
- Upload or forward malicious files, probe security systems, reverse-engineer protected parts of the service or interfere with other users.
- Use WarrantyNest to create, store or promote forged invoices, fake warranty records, fraudulent claims, misleading resale proof or records relating to illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods.
- Facilitate spam, surveillance abuse, harassment or any activity that violates applicable Indian law or third-party rights.
- Impersonate any person, entity or brand, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
13. Personal data, DPDPA 2023 and cross-border transfers
Your use of WarrantyNest involves the processing of personal data. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains in detail how we collect, use, store, share, protect and delete your personal data. By using WarrantyNest, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
WarrantyNest operates as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA 2023). We collect and process personal data only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and only with your consent or on another lawful basis under the DPDPA 2023.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to erase your data subject to legal retention obligations, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@warrantynest.in.
WarrantyNest uses third-party infrastructure, cloud storage and AI providers that may be located outside India, including but not limited to providers in the United States and European Union, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and OpenAI. By using WarrantyNest, you acknowledge and consent to your personal data and document data being transferred to, stored in and processed in countries outside India in connection with the operation of these services.
Invoices and documents may contain personal information such as name, address, phone number, email, payment references, order details, device identifiers, serial numbers and GST information. You should upload only what is necessary and only where you have permission.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures, but no online service, AI system, cloud storage system or network can be guaranteed to be fully secure, uninterrupted or error-free. You use WarrantyNest at your own risk with respect to data security.
14. Intermediary status and IT Act compliance
WarrantyNest operates as an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Rules 2021). As an intermediary, WarrantyNest provides a platform for users to store, organise and access their own product-related documents. WarrantyNest does not initiate the transmission of user content and does not modify user-uploaded documents except as part of AI extraction and display functions.
In accordance with the IT Rules 2021, we publish these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We request users not to upload prohibited content as described in these Terms. Upon receiving actual knowledge of unlawful content or a court or government order, we will act within the timeframes required by applicable law.
WarrantyNest is not liable for any third-party content uploaded by users, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Third-party services and integrations
WarrantyNest relies on third-party infrastructure, cloud storage, payment gateways, AI providers, OCR tools, communication services including WhatsApp, email and SMS providers, analytics, authentication and other vendors. Their availability, behaviour, pricing, limits, errors and downtime may affect WarrantyNest.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, brand pages, seller pages, AI-provider output, payment-provider systems, cloud-provider interruptions, messaging-platform restrictions or other third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Links, source names, brand names, marketplace names and seller names are provided for convenience or record-keeping only. WarrantyNest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or sponsored by any brand, manufacturer, seller, marketplace or service centre unless we expressly state otherwise.
16. Trash, deletion and retention
Moving a Product Health Card to Trash hides it from the main dashboard but may keep the card, documents, reminders, service records and related data recoverable for a defined period. Restoring a card brings the saved record back with its history where technically possible.
Permanent deletion is intended to be final. After permanent deletion, associated Product Health Card data, links, reminders, service records and non-shared documents may be removed from active systems. Some data may be retained in backups, logs, security records, payment records, legal records, abuse-prevention records or cached systems for a period where necessary or legally required under applicable law.
Deleting a Product Health Card does not guarantee deletion of data stored by third parties, brands, marketplaces, payment providers, communication providers or any external service outside WarrantyNest.
17. Changes, interruptions, beta features and force majeure
WarrantyNest may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features, limits, pricing, integrations, AI models, extraction methods, warranty intelligence, record packs, pages, designs or availability at any time.
Early access, beta, experimental, AI-assisted or preview features may be less reliable and may be changed or removed without notice. They are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
WarrantyNest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, internet or network failures, cyberattacks, third-party platform outages including WhatsApp, cloud providers and AI providers, labour disputes or any other force majeure event.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the website, app, dashboard or email. Continued use of WarrantyNest after the updated Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using WarrantyNest at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for WarrantyNest or other users, misuse AI or storage, fail to pay, cause chargebacks, violate applicable law, upload prohibited content or use the service in a harmful or fraudulent manner.
Upon termination or suspension, your access to Product Health Cards, documents, reminders, paid records, extraction, warranty checks and other features may be restricted or removed. Clauses relating to user content, tax disclaimers, data, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, consumer rights, governing law and grievance handling will survive termination where necessary for their enforcement.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WarrantyNest is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, claim success, warranty eligibility and data completeness.
We do not warrant that AI extraction, warranty intelligence, OCR, reminders, storage, dashboard counters, document links, wallet balances, deletion flows, third-party integrations or any other feature will always be accurate, complete, secure, timely, available, uninterrupted or free from defects.
A Product Health Card record is not a legally notarised, authenticated or certified document. No third party, including any brand, manufacturer, insurer, seller, court or government authority, is under any obligation to accept a Product Health Card or WarrantyNest record as proof of purchase, warranty entitlement or ownership. You should always retain and present original documents for any official, legal or claim purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, WarrantyNest, Neoptima Marketing Solutions, its proprietor, team members, contractors, vendors, licensors and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of documents, loss of a warranty claim, missed reminder, failed repair, failed return, failed refund, service delay, device loss, product damage, payment dispute, AI error, third-party action or any similar loss, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to WarrantyNest, the service or these Terms will be limited to the amount you actually paid to WarrantyNest for the specific paid records or service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand), whichever is lower.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, consumer claim, warranty, statute or otherwise, subject always to rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
21. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WarrantyNest, Neoptima Marketing Solutions, its proprietor, team members, contractors, vendors, licensors and service providers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to:
- Your use of WarrantyNest or any feature thereof.
- Your uploaded or forwarded content, including invoices, documents and photos.
- Your Product Health Cards and the information contained in them.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your misuse of AI extraction, document storage or WhatsApp forwarding features.
- Fraudulent, forged or misleading documents you upload or forward.
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Any dispute between you and any brand, seller, marketplace, service centre, insurer or other third party.
22. Consumer protection rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we are required to display grievance and return information clearly. Our refund and cancellation policy for paid record packs is: Please note that all sales, purchases, and transactions made through our platform, website, or services are final. No Refunds: We enforce a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer cash refunds, store credits, or reversals for any completed transactions, under any circumstances. Customer Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, quantity, and specifications of your selection before finalizing your purchase.
If you have a grievance about the service, you may:

- File a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum or the National Consumer Helpline if your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction.
- Use the e-Daakhil portal to file consumer complaints electronically where available.
23. General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and WarrantyNest with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, warranties and negotiations, whether written or oral.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any other occasion.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Assignment
WarrantyNest may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or operation of law, without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your account or any of your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Language
These Terms are written in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
No third-party beneficiaries
These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any third party except as expressly stated.
24. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights, statutory dispute resolution mechanisms or other non-excludable legal rights available under Indian law, the courts and appropriate forums located in Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to WarrantyNest, the service or these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@warrantynest.in with a clear written description of the dispute and allow us a reasonable period, not less than 30 days, to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter, except where urgent legal or interim relief is required or the law provides otherwise.
25. Grievance Officer and contact details
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, WarrantyNest designates the following Grievance Officer:

Complaints and grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt and resolved within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with the IT Rules 2021. Complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or DPDPA 2023 will be addressed within the timelines prescribed under those laws.
When contacting us, please include your full name, account email or registered phone number, Product Health Card reference if applicable, a clear description of the issue, any supporting screenshots or documents, and the remedy you are seeking. We may request additional information to verify your identity and understand your concern.
