Delete your WarrantyNest account.
You are in control of your WarrantyNest account and the records you choose to store with us. You can request deletion at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the email address linked to your WarrantyNest account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my WarrantyNest account.
- Include your registered mobile number, including country code, so we can verify the request.
What will be deleted
Once your request is verified, we will delete or permanently anonymise your account profile and the Product Health Cards, invoices, documents, reminders, service records and related account data associated with it, subject to the retention note below.
Timing & verification
We may ask for limited information to confirm that the request is yours. Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email where possible.
Limited retention
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax or payment records, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained information is kept only for the required purpose and period.
